Welcome to Parlay Pals. By creating an account, accepting a team invite, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. Parlay Pals is not a registered company or legal entity - it’s an independently operated site, and these terms are provided on that basis.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Parlay Pals.
What Parlay Pals Is (and Isn’t)
Parlay Pals is an organizing tool for group parlays. It lets a team pick legs of a shared parlay, tracks who picked what, and shows a leaderboard of results.
Parlay Pals is not a sportsbook or bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold funds, process wagers, or pay out winnings. Every leg you “pick” on Parlay Pals still has to be placed by you, yourself, on your own sportsbook account. Any subscription fees charged by Parlay Pals are for the organizing tools only - never a rake on your bets or winnings.
You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws in your own jurisdiction. Availability of sportsbooks, odds, and betting is not guaranteed or endorsed by Parlay Pals, and using Parlay Pals does not make any form of gambling legal where it otherwise wouldn’t be. If sports betting is illegal where you live, do not use Parlay Pals to organize it.
Accounts and Guest Access
You can use Parlay Pals with a registered account (email/password or magic link) or as a guest, accessed via a magic link sent by a team owner. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials and magic links private, and for anything that happens under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Parlay Pals for anything illegal, including illegal gambling
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
- Attempt to duplicate, reverse-engineer, or scrape the site outside of normal use
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
- Use the site to collect other users’ information for any purpose outside of your own team
We can suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you add - picks, custom picks, team names, and photo proof uploads. By posting content, you grant Parlay Pals a license to display it to your teammates and, where relevant, to operate the site (e.g. storing and rendering your proof photos).
You’re responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything illegal, abusive, or infringing.
Subscriptions & Payments
Parlay Pals is currently free to use. If paid plans launch in the future, additional billing terms will apply to those plans at that time, and payment will be handled by a third-party payment processor. As above, no subscription fee is ever a cut of your bets or winnings.
Availability
We do our best to keep Parlay Pals running and its odds data current, but we don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or that odds/lines shown are accurate or up to date. Always confirm odds on your actual sportsbook before placing a bet.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Parlay Pals is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlay Pals is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site, including any bets you place based on information shown here, or any disputes between you and your teammates.
Termination
You can stop using Parlay Pals and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as the updated terms are posted on this page, along with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Parlay Pals after a change means you accept the updated terms.
